Default My Green Card Has Expired And I Cannot Renew My Drivers License

I live in Florida and my greencard expired October 2006. my license has expired also I need to renew both asap. how long will it take. Can I get some type of document once I file for green card renewal to get my license. Also I got a seat belt ticket(for my child) last week and they kept my expired license. how will that affect me. I have also recevied public assistance in 2006 I applied before my greencard had expired. Do they look at this for the greencard renewal process. Here is some more info on me, i have been married for 13 years to a us citizen,we have three kids

I can't predict the future. Apply for renewal ASAP, as the sooner you apply the sooner you can expect to be renewed.
