    Default I need to know how to get Guardianship Papers

    How do I get Guardianship Papers. And does my mom have to sign them...and the person that is getting guardianship of me. Right? Well please respond...I NEED HELP HERE! Plus I am only 13 How the heck am I gonna know what to do?
