Default How Does The Custody Parent Collect Child Support

CUSTODIAL PARENT Not resident of USA and will leave USA immediately with Child. Custody 50/50.

Payee have a server job and get little salary and mostly cash tips.

Can we document child support in divorce paper to settle by deposit (wire money) to overseas account instead of getting state involve?

Does government request proof about this transaction?

    Not yet.

I am confirming if the above can be done before the other party agree to come to USA to sign the paper.

I'm not quite clear on what you're stating will be happening.

Must we mention in the divorce paper that we will settle child support between ourself?

If we don't mention in divorce paper, will the government collect child support from paycheck or ask to send payment to government department?

If the divorce court is aware that you have a child, it will be necessary to address support.

George! If you don't want the State involved, try to come to an agreement with your ex-wife. The United States will not get involved regardless, unless the country where your ex resides opens a case against you. This will only happen if she opens the case herself or if she has collected Welfare in her country. I am not sure about other ways if at all. If there is a case established, your local Child Support services will contact you with a notice stating that you are being sued for child support. You will be assigned a case mgr who will in turn determine what you should pay. In general, you will pay 25% of your earnings. Or At least that is how they do it in California. . .
