what is the statute of limitations on a sale of narcartics to an undercover agent in PA. i don't believe any charges have been filed yet.

Pennsylvania has a two year statute of limitations for minor offenses and five year statute of limitations for most major criminal offenses. The period begins to run upon commission of the offense. See 42 Pennsylvania Statutes Sec. 5552.
