Garnishing My Ex's Wages

In my Marriage Settlement Agreement, my Ex was ordered to pay me $250 a month to pay back some bad debts I paid off for him. He made a few payments and then stopped. I have tried phone calls and emails and he says he will pay and never does. Can I have his wages garnished?

Possibly. Laws are different in each state. Consider going back to the divorce court and petitioning for enforcement of the judgment.
