I have rural property in Texas that I bought from the developer approx. 15 years ago. Recently an adjoining property owner has claimed that the fence lines were moved onto his property on 2 different occasions over 50 years ago, well before He or I were owners. And that these discrepancies were recorded in Deed records as far back as 50 years ago. I purchased my land and He inherited his. He has now sued Me to take it back. I have turned this over to my title company and am awaiting their move now. Was wondering what I might be in for or what I can do to resolve this. Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
