My 16 year old daughter is out of control in many ways. I don't seem to have many legal options as far as her truancy, drinking, drugs, and running away. Apparently I am held responsible for all of those behaviors until she is 18. What I am interested in finding out is if there are any other options besides police involvement, which is pretty useless here in Oklahoma. If my teen is violent (she has hit me and her dad, and stepmother, spit on us, breaks things, throws things, etc.) and very verbally abusive (screaming, cursing, name calling, etc.)in the home, in the presense of the other children, are there any options for having her removed and placed in state custody to protect the rest of the family?
