Filing a Complaint Against a Florida University

I was a student at the University of West Florida until being kicked out following an incident of my crying then arguing with campus police. One of the officers had made sexual comments directed towards me. Two weeks prior to that an officer had also grabbed me while I was running on campus.

I was denied due process as well. There is supposed to be a process about charges against students but I was forced to sigh a waiver (I didn't want to). I was also not allowed to appeal the decision to the president though the student handbook says I can. The vice-president wouldn't let me.
