    Default Quit Claim Deed Fraud

    I am in Ca, I am in the middle of a divorce in pro-per, five years ago me and my wife purchased a home, at the time of funding my wife told me that our payments would be nearly two hundred dollars less if I signed a quit claim deed, I was supposed to be placed back on title but she never did, the second trust deed is in both of our names, what are my options

    You will assert that, no matter how it is titled, the home is a marital asset. If you cannot settle your claims, you will eventually have the court decide the issue.

    It sounds like it is time for you to hire a divorce lawyer.
