    Lightbulb Great Nephew Is In Our Home, After His Mother Sent Him Back, in Pennsylvania

    after childrens bureau returned children back to her, one child could not adjust back...He has been living with us for two yrs now, what legal standings do we have if any at all...biological mother still sees him when it is convenient to her, biological father not involved whereabouts are known....this is very frustrating considering we were the childrens foster parents....and now he is living with us...help

    The protective proceedings were concluded, with the court ordering the child's return to his parents, and no further orders have been entered?

    What do you hope to accomplish?
