Not even if my mother will let me leave as long as i have a good home to go to. i dont know if she really meant that but theres no way i can get a legal action to get out?

You cannot become emancipated without your mother's consent. If your boyfriend takes "custody" of you, then you become his daughter (not exactly what you were looking for either is it???).

i dont want my boyfriend to have custody of me. what about one of his family members, i still am in school and i just cant take it at home anymore, his sister is 25 she has a house close to school and the job im applying for could she?

In order for his sister to take custody of you (btw.. that making you his sister), your mother would have to give consent. Then, you will have to convince a judge that it's a good idea for her to take custody of you and allow you to have underage sex with her brother. And is she willing to foot the bill for all of that? Who do you expect to pay for the legalities of this anyway? Do you have a few thousand dollars socked away?

my father ran out on me when my mother was pregnant,i live with my mother and her girlfriend (she turned to homosexuallity once my father left). i just dont feel like my mother trusts me and gives me enough room to live, i have to keep in touch with her like the whole time im out, i dont understand why she is so protective when she lets me out with friends i cant ever stay at their house over night cause she automatically assumes that im gonna go to my boyfriends house, i cant even stay after school she makes me come home to feed and water the dog and the rodents and then i can leave, we live in the woods like 30 minutes from town... her girlfriend had 5 daughters and they were aloud to do whatever they wanted when they lived with us... what can i do? besides wait till im 18.

thank you aaron, for not making my problem just a lil joke, if only other people knew what teens these days go through, i appreciate your help. even though it still doesnt help me now... i just need to get away from the drama of being here with my mother and her girlfriend
