Maryland Unemployment Benefits and Part Time Work

I had a question posed to me the other day which I couldnt answer. My friends and I get together and talk about anything and everything under the sun. The subject of unemployment came up because one of the guys' kid just got laid off. Since we were on the subject of UB, one of the fellows asked, can one who is on ssd and working PT, draw unemployment benefits? Neither I nor anyone else could answer that. I think it is extremely unlikely that someone who is working part time AND collecting SSD would qualify for unemployment, but the EXACT situation would have to be reviewed by the UI board of the state in question for a definite answer.
