Default Father wanting custody of his son

Anyone and everyone... I need as much help as possible The mother of my child isnt given me custody of my son and his hiking child support sky high. I try/want to get him every chance possible and she's always making up some excuse as to why I cant see him and that itll be an inconvience to her. I love and want fair rights when it regards my son. I live in and/or about the Harrisburg, Philadelphia and Berks County Area. If you know of any attorney's in the area or counseling centers that might better assist me in my journey to retain partial if not full custody of my son, I;d greatly appreciate it.   :x :?: :?: :?: :x
