Default When Can a Creditor Garner Wages
Does anyone know if a creditor suing someone can garner wages if the creditor wins a judgement in Texas? Please let me know.

Default Wage Garnishment in Texas
In general, there is no wage garnishment in Texas. There are exceptions, including permitting garnishment of wages for child support, government backed student loans, and certain federal taxes.
