It is possible that the DA could file criminal charges against you for the false report. If you have any possible means of speaking with a criminal defense attorney, you should do so faster than immediately.
Just for future reference or for others in similar situations, an alternate course of action might have been to have the police show up to calm the immediate crisis, gathered a few things for the night and either gone to a hotel, friend's house, or your local domestic violence shelter. Then you could have obtained a restraining order (doesn't matter that it's his house) and asked police to do a standby while you gathered belongings. Leaving an abusive relationship or one where you are in fear requires a little forethought and
safety planning to be able to leave under circumstances where the victim doesn't have to resort to filing false reports to get out. You might also contact your local domestic violence program and ask if they have legal aid available.
