D&A Sentence Violation, With Plans to Move to Another State

Im from CT.If you read my past posts you will know that i was busted for my 2nd offense of marijuana posession (only a small amount)i was sentenced a D&A program and 120 hours CS. In a previous post i was also asking about if the court did alterntives to Community service such as a fine. The reason i was asking was because i knew i wasnt going to complete my hours (with such a busy schedule). long story, short, my court date is friday and i only have 55 hours done for helping out at my church. I realize i am screwed, but how screwed??? Will the judge maybe give me more time to complete my hours?? or will i most definetly be placed on probation? Also if i am on probation, would i have to report in? in addition i have plans to move and start school in Florida next month. If i get probation, can it be transferred to another state so i could attend school? or if i am granted more time would i be able to complete my community service hours in FL and just fly back for my court date to conclude the case? I understand i touched a lot of grounds here and have a lot of questions to be answers but i appriciate anyone who decides to insight me or advise me. Thank you, David

You could face additional probation. You could even be sentenced to jail. You have done nothing that would make you deserving of another break from the judge, or a release from the terms of your sentence such that you could skip along merrily to Florida without even completing your original sentence.

I suggest that you consult a lawyer, and have representation when you go to court.

if i 'skip along to florida' and skip my sentence that would result in warrant for my arrest in CT correct?

You should expect a bench warrant.
