Exclamation Re-Enlisting Parent Cannot Locate Her Spouse

    INDIANA

Ok.. I'm re-enlisting into the Army. I have one child under 18. I can't find my spouse anywhere. I'm kind of at a loss for what to do. I'm pretty stuck. I'm going Tuesday to speak with the "re-recruiter", but I'm just so lost, and it's getting to me at this very moment. 4 days feels like an eternity.

I am STILL married. Just "seperated". He has nothing to do with us, I don't even know where he is.

So anyway.. I have no idea what to do. Anyone have any help/advice for me?

I'm working on giving my mother the power of attorney, and possibly legal guardianship for while I am gone (in case of medical, etc.).

Good idea? Or no? PLEASE HELP ME!

Your spouse being the parent of your child? You and your spouse having separated how long ago? And with you wanting your spouse to do what?

He's not the biological father. He up and walked out on October 14th of this year. Can't find him. I just want him to go away.. Which he has?

Then why are you asking about him instead of the child's legal father? (Or is he the child's legal father, despite his nonpaternity?) Again, what is it that you want him to do?
