Careless Driving Citation After an Accident

Monroe County, Michigan.
I was coming home from work and lost control of my vehicle, hitting a telephone pole and then a tree. The officer issued me a careless driving ticket at the hospital. I am not trying to fight this ticket, but i was wondering what fines, points, and anything that could come from this. I have not contacted the court yet because it is a weekend. Any advice would be great!
