Privacy Rights and Neighbor's Video Camera

We are having problems with our new neighbors. My dad and fiance we out attempting to install a fence between our properties, and they decided to sit out on their porch and videotape our every move as to make sure we did not trespass on their property. Even after they were done they continued to video tape us on our private property, not doing anything that concerns them. They also walked up and down the street out front and video tape our cars parked there and the front of our house? Is that legal to videotape without consent and invade our privacy like that? What, if anything, can we do??

There's unlikely to be anything which would prevent them from videotaping outdoor events which they can observe from their own property.
