Default Charged with Assault and Battery
So, I am at school and a guy comes up to my friend and asks if he wants to be hit in the face, and then hits him, busting his nose. i jump in and we go to the ground. we get charged with assault and battery.

1st offense ever, I am a minor, and was just wondering what will be the probable outcome in court?

Default Re: Charged with Assault and Battery
Life in prison without parole.

Seriously? Probably probation. But laws are different in each state.
