Default Is a website obligated to report a crime?

I was on another site and a thought came to mind on the legal (if any) obligation of website owners/operators/moderators to report crimes admitted to on websites. Example:

Person A post a question about his/her relationship with a minor. Person A is in mid/late 20's and minor is under 18. Person A is told that the realtionship is illegal and his/her acts criminal. Person A justifies relationship and tries to minimize it. Person A is caught in conflicting stories possibly even lies. Ok finally Person A concedes relationship is illegal and admits it should stop. However Person A states he/she loves minor too much and is going to risk jail to continue for time being.

Now is a website (including this one) obligated to report this person to Law enforcement? I admit ther eis amoral obligation here but my question is in regards to legal obligation. This did not happen here but it may have or still may yet happen. I am not judging site(s) just asking if there is any legal obligation involved.
