Default Getting the Wrong Father Removed from a Birth Certificate
when my daughter was born, i was aposibility of two fathers. one of them signed the birth certificate, we just recently took a paternity test he was shown not to be the father, how do i get his name off of the birth certificate.

Default Removing Non-Father from Birth Certificate
You'll probably need a court order, and it may be very difficult to convince a court to issue such an order. If the natural father wants to be involved in the child's life, perhaps you can do a consensual adoption, which should end the other guy's rights and responsibilities.

You should talk to a local family lawyer.
