Pet Groomer Broke Pet's Leg

Saturday our pet groomer somehow broke our small poodle's front leg. Both bones broke and it cost me $800.00 and two visits. The groomer on Saturday gave us $235.00 but did not know how much the two visits would cost.

She told the Vet, my wife, and myself completely different stories about what happened.

We did not sign any waivers.

Surgery included putting pins in leg. Cast on dog's leg for 6 weeks and dog has to be confined.

I left her a voice mail saying I want her to pay the rest.

But if she refuses what can I do? Witnesses include our Vet. She called them and asked for help.

Sue her in small claims court.

Send her a demand for payment, CRRR and give her ten days to make payment. If she does not pay file in small claims.
