I'm Not The Biological Father and He Has My Last Name

I live in Florida...I got bamboozled into raising my little boy until 9 months old only to find out he isn't mine. Me and the mom aren't married but the child has my last name. I guess my question is.....what do I do to change it and will his mother have to consent?

Yes...mom would have to consent.
