New Age of Consent Laws in Oklahoma

I recently heard there was at least one new age-related law in Oklahoma that passed within the past... three months or so that apparently few know about it. I was hoping to get specific details about it including if it's passed and even true.

Basically what I was informed of is that it's now illegal for someone 21+ to be involved with (not just sexually) with anyone 18-20.9. Or maybe it was just 18... or three years difference. I dunno, hence why I'm here.

Anyone able to offer some insight into this? Would greatly appreciate it.
