Question Crushed Fingertip at Work, Whould I Get a Lawyer?

The guy before me was using the chop saw and cut through concrete siding. I went to use the chop saw and the blade was dull causing the board to flip up and crush the end of my left index finger. I did have a pin in my finger until it got infected. I had another surgery to remove the infection. I am recieving workman's comp benifits now. I am extremly worried about my future. I live in Colorado. Should I get an attorney? Thanks in advance.

I don't see any reason not to consult a worker's compensation lawyer, so you can be clear on your rights, but if you are currently getting your benefits and aren't dealing with denials it seems unlikely that you presently need to hire a lawyer.
