    My user name is because its my nickname. It was a joke that started with a few friends, it has no literal meaning. Just a nickname. just an f.y.i.

    I know my father is not an excuse. And thats why this year I started to turn my life around. I have plans of graduating high school, going to a community college, then transferring into a 4 year.

    If Dad wont let you get it job then its over. You cannot be emancipate duntil you can prove you are self supporting. If Dad is abusive then contact CPS emancipation is not a get out of home free card as most teens think. It designed for teens through no fault of thier own found themselves in a position of self support. The statute gives them legal rights they will need to live on thier own
