Teen Mother Wants To Emancipate

Hey yall. Im 16 and I have a 6 1/2 month old little boy. I'm wanting to be emancipated but my mom won't go for it. I can't be in the same enviroment with her because we can't get along. I don't know what to do while I'm staying there. I think its best for me and my child to get out before things get worse. I don't want it to get to the point where i don't like my mother. Someone please help me out.

Emancipation laws are different in each state. It is not an option in every state.

Emancipation is not about getting away from arguments with your parents.

How are you able to independently support yourself and your child if you move out?
