Default Car Repossessed in Florida
Last night my car was repossessed. I was behind in payments by 2 months, and the current month due, totalling just over $1000. In the satate of FL they are not obligated to notify me that they are taking the vehicle, my husband went out to go to work today and it was gone. I've already called the finance company, they still have no info- how do I get my vehicle back, all my stuff in it and not pay a ton of extra money?

Well, you won't get it back without paying for the amounts past due, plus the fees associated with the tow and storage.
