    My Girlfriend moved out of home with her moms permission now she lives with her older sister but she wants to leave can she move out In Florida at 17 and a half years old?

    If her mom gives her permission.

    How old are you? I'm guessing that you want your GF to move in with you.

    She can move out when she turns 18 or her mother gives her permission. Not before.
