California Speeding and Window Tint Ticket

Received a ticket for 90mph in a 65 on the highway by CHP. Office also wrote down a tint violation as well. What is the best way to handle this? I got a ticket last year...did TBD and lost but judge gave me traffic school since it was the first offense. Can i get traffic school again? Should i try to fight the violation? Also not sure what to do about the tint either..im thinking it might be worth it to get a local attorney to take care of this.

The judge can do whatever he wants but, normally, traffic school is only approved in California once each 18 months. Also, some judges would view exceeding the speed limit by 25 MPH as excessive to the point of traffic school exclusion. Personally, I don't think an attorney would be of much help in this instance but you might talk to one or two in order to get a better idea what it would cost you and what you might expect to gain.
