    Default Ex-wife and Custodial Parent Deported

    My ex wife (CP) did federal time in FL, was deported afterwards, and took our child to her home country with my permission. Does this affect the child-support agreement? And if I fall behind (don't plan to) , can she still take legal action? Child support agreement was also in FL.
