Default Husband Wants to Take Son to Mexico

Help... my husband just basically kicked out my son and I and his new girlfriend is in Mexico and he wants to take my son. I do NOT want it... can he do this?
We just filed for the divorce w/ an agreed parenting plan with me having my son.
    Please help - I'm scared!!
