Ok my Gf son turns 18 in 2 weeks and we would like him to move out.He has caused so many problems and we basically for our own sanity just want him gone.He threatans us and calls his mother a whore on a daily basis.We have both reached the breaking point.

He pays no bills his name is not on the lease.He basically sits on the couch and eats all our food and watches tv till 6 in the morning not letting anyone get a full nights sleep it is a complete nightmare right now.

So my question is how do we get him out is there any legal issue do we just tel him to get out
