I live in Pa and my 13 year daughter was shoved and punched by a woman twice her age and twice her size. We have witnesses who can attest, but they are children as well. The police were called and did not even make a report. They said they had the adults version of the story and that that was enough. One of the officers looked at my daughter and said, " She does'nt look hurt to me." My issue is then twofold, I still want to press charges but I do not have the name of the woman who assulted my daughter because the police did not file a report, and I want to file a complaint against the officers for not following proper procedure. What can I do about the report and the officers?
