    Default Fighting Chickens

I am in California, I currently have physical custody of my 8 yr old daughter. I am seperated from my husband (not the father of my daughter) I left my current husband due to he was smoking marijuana all day long, not working, fighting chickens and one time during a heated discussion of these things he yanked my hair, threw me accross the room onto our bed, where I bounced off it into our dresser and was knocked unconscience. I left him and am currrently staying with my sister. I informed my daughters father( my ex husband) of the circumstances of my leaving my current husband. Not of everything just of the marijuana use (which I told my ex that it was only 1 time I had caught my husband smoking) and of him yanking my hair. My daughter had told her dad that my husband and I fought alot and my ex asked me if it was true and said yes. My ex and I have a very good open line of communication in regards to our daughter, we try to always put her needs first. It took a long time to establish it but I am thankful for it. We have been seperated for 3 months now. He has went to anger management classes, drug dependantcy classes. he got rid of all the chickens and has made a commitment to not do any illegal activity. We have gotten marriage counciling by our pastor. I am considering reconcilation but I am affraid of losing custody of my daughter, the current order is joint custody, with me having physical custody. My daughters dad sees her twice a month for 2 days about 15% visitation. He sometimes cancels due to his job. He is a police officer and so is his wife, they live in a 1 room rv while their house is being built. They both are great people. I think they could be a little more affectionate but other than that no complaints. If I go back to my husband what are my chances of keeping custody the same. My husband has a very bad past. My family is against me going back to my husband , they threaten to call my ex and tell him all the bad stuff about my husband and are even willing to testify for my ex. My husband 6 months ago won full custody of his 3 children despite his past. Am I worried over nothing? Please help
Why was he fighting with chickens?

    Sometimes....

A man's just gotta' do what a man's just gotta' do...even if the adversary is a yellow bellied chicken.

You make it seem that a lazy stoner was smoking (refer) when engaged in such effort-full activities.

My understanding of pot (refer) smokers, is that they are so lazy, they cannot even exert themselves to go to work.

Was he suffering from refer-less madness, at the time of your altercation?

    Daniel, the word is 'reefer'.

You may refer to mary jane as 'reefer'.

Thank you. I may have been practicing some reefer-less typing, and simply miss-spelled it.
