Taking Guardianship of Three Children

I live in Florida. I have 2 younger brothers the age of 16 and 14 and a younger sister who is 13. My parents are losing their house in four days due to forecloser. Besides that they have a lot of other issuses with drinking and the house is disgusting becuase they have over 20 cats and several dogs. I'm going to ask them to sign thier rights over to me but if they don't what my best route to take? I am 20 years old, would they give me the kids beign so young? I have several people willign to write letters and vouche for me.They really have no other options. Please help me!

I think they are going to fihgt me for all three of them. The boys do a lot for them but I at least need to get my 13 year old siter out of there.

You could contact CPS and, if the children do become homeless, make it clear that you are available for an in-family placement. You're unlikely to win a straight guardianship fight unless your parents first place your siblings with you, and subsequently cannot offer a suitable home environment.
