Default Bail Jumped Over Twenty Years Ago

Do you have to be the person who is wanting to find out this information or can you find it out for someone else?
I have a brother who left state in the mid 80's (jumped a personal recognizance bond for a dui charge). He is wondering if there is still a warrant out for his arrest or if he can safely come back into the state.

Default Re: I Want To Find Out If I Have A Warrant For My Arrest

Warrants do not expire. If he jumped bail, he is almost certainly a fugitive. And, it is very likely that anyone shielding him could also be charged with a crime ... hopefully you are not protecting or concealing him.
