Condominium Apartment Lease Denied by Association, in Florida

First thanks to any one that can help answer this situation . I own an Apartment unit in State of Florida , Broward County ... on May 2007 I rented My Apartment but after 3 month the tenent left the apartment vacant they dispeared ... , so I tried to rent the unit to some body else , I did find a candidate but the condominium assocoation refuse to give the OK to this new lease they say I can only rent the apartment once a year , this is the first time in this situation . can some body give information to help in this matter , I would like to have the apartmen rented by October 2007 . Thank you for any information .

What do the bylaws say about renting?

I don't think the Bylaws would cover this. I would check the Associatoin's Declaration of Condominium.
