Changing Last Name During N-400 Process

I just got married and in the process of changing my last name on my social, dmv, and all the others. I filed my N-400 a while back, already had my fingerprinting and now im waiting for an interview date. Does changing my name affect my application? Who do I inform, where and when? Do I just bring a copy of the marriage certificate during the interview?

You should be able to update or amend your N-400 at your interview, and request a name change. I suggest that you take a copy of your marriage certificate, etc., with you as documentation of the marriage and name change.
