Disclosing Expunged Cases in Job Applications

About 5 years ago in Connecticut, in a bad divorce, I was falsely accused and arrested two different times. Both cases were misdemeanors and nolled because there was no case. The records were officially expunged. Do I need to disclose these in a job application? Will the arrests come up in a company search?

It depends upon the wording of the question in the application, and how thorough the background check is. For example, for the government, it is likely to show up.
