VIN Number Doesn't Match The Car

Just a 1923 t- bucket from Airzona trying to get plates in florida , but the title vin # doesnt match the car , cant seem to get anywere with this car , i went threw a broker when i sent him the funds , he says he's got nothing to do with this anymore ?? where do i go from here ,

are you trying to say you bought this car and now have discovered that the vin on the car does not match the vin on the title?

If so, then have the broker send you the car you own (which is the one on the title) and you need to send the car that you do not have the title to back to him.

If he does not have the car on the title, then it looks like you will be suing somebody to rescind the contract since whomever sold this to you did not have clear title to the car you have, which is needed to be able to sell a car legally.

Yes i bought the car over the internet , they shipped it here from Arizona and i find out the Vin # on the car is different then the title , The DMV in florida will not give me tag , i can see why , woundering what my recourse is , i have about $ 23,000.00 into this car with shipping and insurance
