Felony Bench Warrant in Washington State

My sister was questioned by the police several months back in Washington State- they did not arrest her at that time. Since then she recieved a supona to appear in court for probable cause for 3 counts possesion of stolen property. Thing is, she was out of state and never knew she had a court date. So a bench warrent has since been issued. She is somewhere on the east coast, still not knowing any of this. My question is if stopped by police, what are the chances she would be picked up & extradited for the warrant and does it ever expire? Thanks.

It depends upon the pickup radius of the warrant, and whether it is an interstate warrant or limited to Washington State.

How do I know if its interstate or not, if I called the Sherriff station would they give me such information even though I am just the sister? Thanks
