Default False Domestic Abuse Claims
my wife got real drunk friday night and she hasnt been taking her prozack for about two weeks.she we started talking about our money sit,i did not want to talk to her about it because i knew it would lead to a fight.so she told me toleave the house i dont drink or anything but she had hide my keys so i had to call a family member to come and get me. when i left with some clothes we turned around to go back and get my boots [20min later]ther were 5 cops there and i was cufted and toke to jail for 3 days she said that i hit her with my fist on her forehead and she hit the pavement.I made the police take pictures of my hands because i would never hit a woman and i dont have a record at all but i did file for divorce on the 12th because of her family trying to run our lives and her mental problems.then one hour b-4 i got bonded out by my family i was seved with a tpo.i am the most laid back person in the world but my wife had the nerve to start hiding all of my personal affects and the officer told me that he will come to court on my behalf with what she has done , plus i lost a very good job over this to.there are no childern involved, what can i realy expect

What can you expect from... what? The divorce? A criminal prosecution? A hearing on the restraining order? Something else?

If you have an Attorney you should be discussing this with her.
