Illegal Entry

I am a U.S citizen married to an illegal imigrant we have a child that was born in the U.S. He has been deported two times once 8 years ago and the other was 2 years ago for an extreme DUI. Both were voluntary Deportation. He is currently in the United States Illegally. How Can I get him to be legal here and be able to work?

When he reentered the first time, that was during his period of ineligibility? The second time, as well?

Do you mean "voluntary departure" or did he actually consent to the deportation?

Honestly I don't know the Laws...He came back within a week both times...I don't know what they call it is was voluntary something...I think I am going to need to hire a lawyer

I suspect so. He's likely facing a period of inelgibility somewhere between ten years and lifetime (permanent), and getting a waiver is not likely to be easy.
