Default DMV Case Dismissed But Still Facing a DUI Charge

Hello, just wondering if anyone has any idea or opinions for me. I had a DUI, blew .076 at roadside, 1st blood test was .082 but 2nd test came in at .073. I sent all information into the DMV and at my case was dismissed. I still have my court hearing and I am trying to find out what I should expect. I am wondering what the chances of getting a deferred are or what I should ask for? Also, I am wondering if I should notify the DA that my DMV case was dismissed or does it matter to them? . I never had a lawyer so I am doing this on my own so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
