Default Collecting A Loan After Debtor's Bankruptcy

    Hi again,

I would like to ask another question if you don't mind.
Say a couple (man and wife) filed for Chapter 13 and did not list you as Creditors in US Bankruptcy Court.
Do I still have rights to claim on an installment note I lent out to these people through a Complaint/Contract action in Calif in Civil court.?

Once the automatic stay is lifted, if the debt was not declared, discharged, or included in the repayment plan, you should be free to pursue collection.
