Hello, I recently got mysel into a bit of trouble,
I was cited for Criminal Trespassing to the 1st, which is a class A misd.
I went to court and made a plea from the da
I agreed to 40 days 35 suspended and $150 w/ $100 suspended
and 40 cws hrs in lue of the jail time, i neglected to do any of it or pay the fine, i also got some restitution in the mail for missed work,
Well I'm in Texas now, and was wondering if i can get picked up down here? Do I have any options to clear this up? If I go back to AK am i facing the 40 days or 5? Any help would be greatly apriciated

It is unlikely that there would be an interstate warrant for a probation violation on a misdemeanor trespass charge.

You may wish to contact a lawyer back in Alaska, and try to see if, for example, they will close out the case if you pay the fine. Sometimes they will offer a reasonable deal in order to be able to close the file.

If you were picked up on the warrant, you would be llooking at serving the remainder of your sentence.
