    Default Driveway Easement

On my deed it has also subject to a perpetual right and easement to use an existing driveway along the northeast line of the premises above described as the same is now located.
This is also on the deed of a no longer owner of the land next to me.
But is on his as reserving a perpetual right and easement to use an existing driveway jointly with the owners of the last above described parcel lying along the northeast line thereof.
A new owner now purchase the land next to me on a foreclosure and he is saying he is going back to the existing owners deed for the easement.
There is nothing on his deed, it a sheriff's deed on foreclosure of mortgage on parcel IV.
    Does he have a easement?
In wisconsin how long is this easement for?

    1 a : continuing forever : EVERLASTING <perpetual motion> b (1) : valid for all time <a perpetual right> (2) : holding (as an office) for life or for an unlimited time

If the easement was for access to parcel IV, he has an easement.

Don't know what the easement is for. It was on the deed since 1972 from a owner that own it before .
If I follow the description of the land on the deed to the survey my driveway is not on the NE line it on the Nw line.
Also the land next to me is not in a land lock.
Also they have a house on north part of there land about 2000 feet from my driveway.
And next to my driveway they have a field entry driveway.

None of this has anything to do with the easement.

Hire a surveyor to mark the easement.
