Default Fired Under Workers' Compensation
I got injured on the job and while I was under worker's compensation I was fired. I feel I've been discriminated. What can I do?

Default Termination of Employment While Receiving Workers Comp
Receipt of workers' compensation doesn't mean that you aren't subject to being disciplined or fired for other reasons. Did your employer explain why you were fired?

If you suspect that your employer fired you because you were collecting workers' comp, you should consider consulting a plaintiff's side employment lawyer in your state.
